It has been a long time since my last post. We have been very busy trying to make the house looks its best. I always heard that people make changes to their house to put it on the market and often at the end wish they had done the projects earlier. This rings true for me. If you need the inspiration here it is - Get er dun!
Mina came up to visit. We had a wonderful time. Here she is with the kids watching a slide show of pictures of baby Claire and baby Luci. Mina said her roommate, Becket, was very good. He slept through the night for her but he made working during the day a little challenging at times.
Claire was wearing her gloves from Luci today which are fingerless (they sit on top of the full pair). She told Luci she would take her for a ride on 50/50 because she is the captain of the boat. They were sitting in their carseats playing and Luci said she would take Claire for a ride in Eagles Wings but Claire told her that she had on her gloves to be the captain and that they could go on 50/50.
We continue to get snow; at least now it isn't daily. We too were hit with the freezing cold temperatures; it was -1 one day actual temp who knows how cold with wind. Brrr
While Mina was here we watched the inauguration of Barack Obama. It was a sight to see that many people on the mall especially with the temperatures as low as they were.

50/50 is sailboat that my dad owns with his cousin (therefore named) which he told Claire was her boat. She is always saying that she is the captain of her boat.
ReplyDeleteMina also wanted to make is very clear that she was NOT going to squish Becket. Although Alina did almost sit on Claire when she was a baby.
